You can now add optional reasons when configuring any type of plan, including Site Visits and Outdoor plans. These reasons will be clearly displayed in generated reports, allowing higher authority personnel to enhance oversight and transparency in the planning process.

Providing additional context or feedback during plan execution can be cumbersome. But with this update, while completing site visits or outdoor plans, you can add optional comments to give that extra bit of context or feedback related to the plan. These comments will be displayed in generated reports, enhancing oversight and transparency for higher authority personnel in the execution process.
